The finale to our New Year’s Eve was this tangy sweet treat!
Martha Stewart’s Lemon Curd (recipe here), chilled (canned can also be used for a quicker version)
Athens Mini Fillo Cups, baked 5 minutes and cooled
1/2 cup cherry pie filling, chilled
Simply fill each crunchy cup with the creamy lemon curd and top each with a tart cherry and a drizzle of cherry sauce. Bon appetite!
